Meet Max, our newest Joiner apprentice who is starting his apprenticeship with CITB in August.
Max joined the business a year ago when he contacted us looking for an apprenticeship. As with all our apprentices we ask that they work with the business as a labourer for one year before we commit to an apprenticeship, this ensures that we are the right fit and the type or work is what is expected but also ensures we are committing to people who are reliable, hardworking and have the right attitude to learn and become a good tradesperson on completion. Max is a great example of this, turning up and working hard and becoming part of our growing team. Keep up the good work.
