Call Centre Office Alterations


We were employed to carry out alterations to an existing call centre space to remove an existing meeting room to provide additional space within the open plan sales area. We also carried out decoration in sub-offices and a kitchen refurbishment which included alterations to the kitchen area to provide additional storage and electrical outlets, new unit frontals to retained units and replacement of floor coverings with non-slip flooring. 

The project

On behalf of our client we provided an end to end design and build package, obtaining local authority warrant consent for the alterations to the design including forming of a revised fire lobby to comply with building regulations.

Works were completed as a phased approach during weekends and evenings to ensure minimal disruption to the office operations.

Works included partition alterations, re-location of the main fire alarm panel, installation of additional IT floor boxes with data provision wired back to the main server, carpet, ceiling and decorative finishes throughout.

We were able to provide a seamless end to end solution for our client with minimal interruption to their business operation.
