Fire Damage Reinstatement and Full Property Restoration

Introduction

We were appointed to undertake extensive insurance reinstatement works following a fire within a modern semi-detached residential property. The fire originated on the first floor and caused widespread damage throughout the home, affecting both structural elements and internal finishes.

The project

The fire and subsequent smoke affected both structural and internal elements of the property including the roof, windows, staircase, structural floor joists, bathroom, walls, ceilings and flooring. The works included the renewal of the kitchen, electrical and heating systems, together with the replacement of specialist Iroko timber cladding to restore the property to its pre-loss condition.

Through careful planning and coordination, the project was completed successfully, incorporating significant structural repairs, system upgrades and internal refurbishment works. The result was a high-quality finish throughout, returning the property to full use following extensive fire and smoke damage.
