Noble property Solutions handled the complete re build of our family home following a devastating house fire.
From start to finish they were professional and flawless in the work completed and in communication with the us at all times.
To begin with, Euan Bennett and his company were kind, considerate and sensitive to the role they would be playing in our lives.
Every small detail was never too much hassle and they genuinely seemed to care as if it was their own home they were building. Not only this, but they got to know our family and the style we were looking for very quickly. To that end, they were able to maintain an incredible overview of the whole build, so the results were simply stunning and felt like our home again.
For over two years, Euan kept to tight deadlines and continued to meet these until we were able to move into the property. During the entire project we were not disappointed once. Not one deadline was missed.
Although Euan is the manager of the entire build, his relationship with the team building the property, landscaping the garden and laying down the new driveway showed outstanding leadership and excellent relationships with everyone on site. Anyone I spoke to clearly felt respected and valued by Euan. We could not have been in better hands.

Exactly 1 year ago on 19th December 2022 our house was flooded when we were on holiday . The burst happened in our loft and the damage to the house was so extensive that it had to be stripped back to the brickwork and it was only the timber frame that was left.
Our Insurance Company appointed Noble Property Solutions Ltd as the main contractor to carry out the reinstatement works after the house had been dried out.
Having worked in housing all my life I was used to dealing with contractors and house refurbishments etc and after our initial meeting with David and Peter we immediately felt confident that they were going to be a great contractor to carry out the works.
David and Peter were in regular contact with us with regards to our choice of doors, flooring, heating, bathrooms, kitchen and decoration. No matter what we requested they dealt with it and nothing was a problem to them .
They understood the stress we were going through and they did everything they could to take the stress out of the situation which made life a lot more easy for us.
We can honestly say that all the work from the joinery, plastering, plumbing, heating and electrical work has been carried out to a high standard which is a credit to Peter who project managed the job throughout and ensured that they were able to keep to the agreed handover date.
We are now settled into our lovely new home just in time for Christmas and any minor snagging’s have been carried out and to our satisfaction.
We can’t thank Noble Property Solutions Ltd enough for everything they done for us during a very stressful and difficult time and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Last December, the artic cold week led to burst pipes in my Mum’s loft. Within hours of being out the house, her home was ruined. Every room had water damage, every floor covering and all the contents in every room were soaked. She was left homeless. We were left distraught and faced the minefield of a slow to act insurance company who suggested we “look around for quotes from various tradespeople.” I was faced with the thought of having to hold down my own job and site manage the drying out and rebuild of the inside of my Mum’s home. The builders, electricians and plumbers I started to contact all said the job was too big for them and they were fully booked for months anyway. I really didn’t know where to turn and we were both in pieces.

In the absence of surveyors getting to my mothers house from her insurers, Euan from NPS working on the fire devastated house next door, provided guidance and photographs to help get the claim started. To cut a long story short, after delay upon delay from the insurers contractors and poor communication, I appointed NPS as our prefered contractor. Euan was always friendly but very professional to deal with and communicated clearly what work was required, when it would take place and the estimated costs. The loss adjuster agreed with Euan’s recommendation that a new roof was required along with soda blasting and insulation replacement.
