"Following the hand over of the above property on Monday 16th December, I would like to thank you for all the work you and your colleagues have done over the past year whilst the above property was being renovated. The damage to the property due to a gas explosion was so extensive that the initial prospect of demolition seemed inevitable. It's a credit to the skill of the workers involved in the renovation that the house now looks like new. Every aspect of the renovation has been done to produce the highest quality finish, from the internal reconstruction of the walls, the joinery work, plumbing, plastering to the internal and external paintwork. Additionally, at each stage of the work you were always available to communicate and keep me up-to-date with what was going on. Also, you listened to my requests and dealt with these in a very professional manner. The gas explosion was a traumatic, unexpected experience and having to deal with the aftermath of that situation caused me a great deal of anxiety and stress. However, it didn't take me long to realize that the project was in good hands and that I could be relax a bit and be confident of the final finish. I can't emphasize enough how important it was to feel that someone understood what I was going through, and more importantly, how they could sort things out.
